Delete your account
Applies to the Gidi Connect app by Gidi Connect (com.femola.consumerapp)
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Deletion runs immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

- Your login credentials and authentication record
- Your profile — name, username, bio, and profile photo
- Your posts, comments, likes, polls, and poll votes
- Your stories and all uploaded photos and videos
- Your follows, community memberships, check-ins, RSVPs, and reviews
- Your notification history and device push tokens
What may be retained
- Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (for example, a venue's total daily view count) that cannot be linked back to you
- Records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires
